The 750 Interactive provides an 8″ Backlit Display. It offers a generous angle for users to follow feedback during workouts: elapsed time, walked/ run distance, matrix, intensity bar, approximate number of burned calories, incline, no of climbed vertical feet, speed and heart rate.
The matrix is made of several tabs. Press Increase/ Decrease until you reach the tab you want. The My Trail tab shows a ¼ mile track that flashes as you exercise, giving you your current segment. The Intensity bar shows the approximate intensity level of your workout.
Heart Rate Readings
Measure your heart rate by using the handgrip pulse sensors or the chest pulse sensor. Don’t use them at the same time as the console won’t be able to calculate your heart rate. The chest pulse sensor is best suited for Target Heart Rate workouts.
The 750 interactive offers 24 onboard workouts, of which 6 calorie workouts, 6 intensity workouts, 6 speed workouts and 6 incline workouts.
To use a preprogrammed workout, press Calorie, Intensity, Speed or Incline repeatedly until you get to the workout you want. After selection, the display shows duration, distance, name, maximum speed setting and maximum incline setting. For Calorie workouts, the display also shows the approximate number of calories you’ll burn.
Press Start or Speed Increase to begin. The display will show progress on Speed and Incline. Make Speed and Incline adjustments during workout by pressing the Speed and Incline buttons. Measure your heart rate and remove the key when you’re done.

The FreeMotion 750 Interactive is one of the most interesting treadmills launched for 2011. After testing its features, we’ve concluded that this is a model that we warmly recommend. It has the strength, the sturdiness, the diversity, the comfort, the space saving and the aesthetics. And it comes for the reasonable price of $1,300.
Let’s start by saying that with 750 Interactive, FreeMotion has proved once again it’s all about quality. With a running surface above average, this unit allows heavier and taller users to take advantage. This machine was built to meet a large range of requirements. With the capacity of running with up to 12 mph, it gave us strong cardio workout. The -3 decline will offer necessary workout to those who prefer simulating outdoor running and the iFit Live Module enables the possibility to access personalized and audio coached workouts .
The first thing that got our attention was the strong and smooth motor. Plus it’s silent even at high speeds.
Apart from the motor, there’s the cushioning system that allows us to prolong workouts as much as we want, while remaining injury and stress free.
We were impressed by the range of workouts. This unit gave us intense weight loss workout, but you can also increase intensity, speed and incline to get the exact type of workout you want. And for those who want to develop muscles while running, the workouts variety on this treadmill is exactly what you need.
You can enjoy personalized workouts with the iFit Live Module, with the condition to purchase the iFit module separately. From our experience, the iFit Live Module helps users improve their performance by working on the exact aspects that must be improved. Having an audio coach guiding you throughout the entire program is an advantage that will keep those with weak motivation stay in the game.
The user-friendly display helps you keep a close eye on your performance. Feedback on your workouts is both complete and easy to read due to the oversized display.
The sound system is not something all runners look for in a treadmill. But there are users who need this feature, maybe for a plus of motivation or maybe for entertainment itself. Should you search for a unit with high quality sound system, this is a model that will satisfy your needs, especially if you’re addicted to your iPod.
When you’re done working out, just give it a light push and the deck will lift by itself. The 750 Interactive holds a special feature that makes folding easy.
The drawbacks with this model is that it doesn’t have a cooling fan, neither does it offer the option to insert age and weight for a more accurate calorie count. Still, if put in a balance, the advantages weigh way more than the weak points. Especially with a warranty that covers 5 years for parts and 2 for labor, apart from the lifetime insurance for frame and motor.
