Horizon Evolve 2008

Horizon Evolve 2008

Overview

UPDATE: The Evolve 2008 treadmill is obsolete. Check out the latest Horizon reviews here.

The Evolve treadmill was designed with one main purpose: to save space. That’s why it’s easy to fold and fits under any bed. It does not require to be assembled and it’s very simple to use.

On the other hand, serious runners can consider it a big useless toy. Yes, it folds nicely and saves a lot of space, but it seems that there are still important detailed missing to achieve a machine for pros. The motor is only 1.25 CHP and the belt does not work for tall persons.

No Assemble

Another advantage of the Evolve treadmill is that you don’t need to assemble it. You get it in a box, unfold it and you are ready to go.

Conclusions

We know that serious runners will say this treadmill is a toy – and we agree. So if you consider yourself a runner, don’t buy this model because it’s not for you.

On the other hand, if you want to use it just for walking, you may find this machine suitable for you.  That is if you don’t mind the narrow running belt.
