LiveStrong LS16.9T

Overview
Johnson Health Tech is no longer selling exercise equipment under the LIVESTRONG name. For comparable treadmills read our Horizon treadmill reviews.
The Livestrong LS16.9T is the third model we had the chance to test from this brand. The first model was Livestrong LS9.9T. The second was Livestrong LS12.9T.
All models impressed us and LS16.9T proved once again that Livestrong has one of the most attractive offers for home use treadmills.

Conclusions
The Livestrong LS16.9T is a high-quality multi-featured treadmill that we warmly recommend, same as the previous Livestrong models we tested.
This treadmill has a surprisingly quiet motor that can keep up the running belt for a long time. And talking about belts, its size is long enough to feel comfortable even if you are tall.
We also enjoyed the 3 zone cushioning system. If you buy this model, the first thing you must do is to learn how to control this feature in your advantage. The more intense the workout is or the more you weigh, run on the front of the belt.
A key feature of this console is the Livetrack Fitness Journal that keeps track of all your data. You can check your progress, set and complete weekly goals. It’s an efficient way to improve performance. It’s quite motivational to be able to monitor your stats so that you have an idea of your rhythm and improvement.
There are 12 workouts that you can choose from. We found this workout selection quite interesting. The heart rate workouts are stimulating, they control incline so that they meet your target heart rate. Great for those looking for stimulation. Plus you insert your personal data so results are accurate.
We like the iPod compatibility because we enjoy listening to iTunes while we run.
This treadmill is worthy of your attention. It is a good machine with smooth lines that comes with a generous warranty.
The one thing that you may complain about is the hard storage. This is heavy equipment, and even if it folds, it can’t just be rolled behind the door. It’s better if you leave it where you assemble it. For many users this may be a notable inconvenience. Still, compared to the perks it offers, this is just a slight problem.
For $1700, this machine offers quality and aesthetics. If you need more power for more intense workouts, buy this model.
If you want a treadmill just to jog or walk, look into Livestrong LS9.9T or Livestrong LS12.9T.
