Best Features

Incline & Cushioning

Although it is one of the more affordable treadmills in NordicTrack’s lineup, you still get significant incline capability and gym level cushioning.

The NordicTrack T Series 10 inclines up to 12% for some real challenging workouts.

It also features SelectFlex cushioning, which allows you to choose the type of surface you’re comfortable with, from soft all the way up to firm.

This customization is what makes NordicTrack so popular in the home gym space.

iFIT Workout Programs

One of the most attractive features of the NordicTrack treadmills, from the T Series 10 all the way up to the top of the line X24 Incline Treadmill is the sheer amount of workouts and other features that iFIT offers.

It’s a subscription based program with an endless library of workouts for beginners up to pros, and you can choose to work out virtually anywhere in the world with Google maps for more enjoyable experience.

The best part is the treadmill automatically adjusts incline and speed to match the program that you have selected.

Touch Screen Technology

The new NordicTrack T Series 10 comes with a 10″ HD touch screen, just like the up level Commercial 1250.

You can see all of your workout stats, as well as choose a destination for your session and see the trail unfold right before your eyes.

The touch screen gives you a more gym-like experience, and really makes your walk, jog or run more enjoyable.

Note that you need a wifi connection for iFIT workouts, otherwise you’ll have to use your phone or tablet.

Smaller Footprint

The T Series 10 is ideal for those with smaller spaces, as it’s only 75″ long and 34″ wide, with a height of 58″. It also folds up after your workout for easy storage.

It has a 20″ x 60″ running belt, which is quite substantial for an entry level model. Some of the upper level models have more width if that’s something you’ll need.

Advanced Technologies

Some of the many technologies you’ll find on the T Series 10 include SpaceSaver design for easy folding, AutoBreeze workout fan, Bluetooth technology for heart rate monitoring, two 2″ speakers and ActivePulse target heart rate control.

Conclusions

The new NordicTrack T Series 10 has tons of great features from the touch screen to the incline to the cushioning to the awesome iFIT workouts.

Pros

Here are the main reasons to buy the NordicTrack T Series 10…

iFIT gives you so many different workouts to choose from, there’s definitely something for everybody. And you can choose stretching, yoga and other off treadmill workouts and pivot the screen to any viewing angle.

The incline capability up to 12% and speeds up to 12 mph give you plenty of variety to make your workouts as challenging as you’d like them to be.

The SelectFlex cushioning gives you surface variety to reduce impact on knees and back, keeping you working out longer.

The touch screen allows you to not only see your stats and map views of exotic locations, but also gives you streaming capability to watch movies, shows and videos.

Drawbacks

There aren’t too many negatives here. The price is great given all of the features and capabilities.

Although it is relatively compact, it may still be too large to fit into some gym spaces…there are smaller options on the market.

Also, the warranty is not as comprehensive as it was in previous years, but perhaps that will change with new model releases.
