The GS 1035T treadmill is a decent Horizon product for the mid-range class. The machine has the features needed to make it suitable for a walker or jogger.
It comes also with some interesting built in workouts, plus a Weekly Goal Center program for an easier monitor of daily goals and progress.
This treadmill is available only at The Sports Authority.

Sixteen Built In Workouts
Hill Climbing or Golf Courses are very interesting, same as Interval and Weight Loss workouts.
Mp3 Input
The console comes with two incorporated speakers, plus Mp3 and headphone input.
Weekly Goal Center
With this feature you can set your calories and distance goals then track your daily & weekly progress.
The following features and functions are also included
Backlit LCD + Two 4-digit LED, Exclusive ADR2 Cushioning, Hand Grip for pulse measurement and a built in Fan.

Conclusions
We consider the GS1035T treadmill a mid range machine that offers enough features to satisfy a walker or a light jogger. We appreciate it has a quiet, but powerful 2.25 CHP motor. We also like the belt.
Overall, it is valuable option for its price and it can be a good acquisition for your home gym.

@David – This is what we’ve found on Horizon Support Page, that may help you:
“The message “LUBE” or “LUBE BELT” scrolls across the console display window. The treadmill will not operate while the message is displayed.
Lubricate
Temporarily suspend the message for five miles by holding the STOP key for five seconds.
Click here for detailed instructions on how to lubricate your machine properly.
Reset the console by pressing the STOP and SPEED “+” or “^” for five seconds.
