Pros

New Enhanced Display

The ProForm Sport 7.5 features the new round Watts LED Display, which shows you exactly how much power you are exerting.

While you work out, the machine will automatically calculate if you are in the Endurance, Tempo or Peak power zone, so you’ll know exactly how hard you are working.

You can also choose from Work and Recover modes to do specialized interval workouts.

iFit Technology

The Sport 7.5 is iFit Bluetooth enabled, which means you can tap into even more workouts than the 24 built in ones, plus tracking, sharing and Google maps to choose any destination in the world to train on.

You can watch a trail unfold right in front of you on your tablet or Smart phone and the treadmill automatically adjusts its incline to match the terrain of the location you choose…a very cool feature, although a yearly subscription is required.

Cushioned, Roomy Deck With Incline

You get a very generous 20″ x 60″ deck, larger than the one found on the Sport 5.0, which can accommodate even the tallest of users.

You get up to a 12% incline which allows you to target different muscle groups, and ProShox cushioning makes your workout super comfortable by minimizing impact.

Note that there is no decline on this machine, so take a look at the Pro 2000 if that is something that interests you.

Other Great Features

The ProForm Sport 7.5 has tons of extras, including a tablet holder, two-speed fan, dual grip heart rate monitor, iPod compatibility, and SpaceSaver design with Easy Lift technology.

Drawbacks

None

We always like to include a few things that we don’t like about a treadmill, but with the Sport 7.5 there really isn’t much to gripe about.

Considering that you are paying just $800 for all of that, along with free shipping and a money back guarantee, you really can’t go wrong.

You get a strong motor, incline, large deck, new display, iFit, music and easy folding. That’s a ton of stuff that usually runs you at least $1000.

Conclusions

We really like the new ProForm Sport 7.5 treadmill, and it is a great addition to the lineup. It just can’t be beat for the price, and really gives you a lot for your money.

If you’re in the market for a good machine under $1000, this is one that won’t disappoint.
