This console incorporates a USB port where you can plug in the USB containing your workout information. The idea is that when buying this treadmill, you become a member of the Lifespan Fitness Club. This is an online health management platform that lets you control your workouts, your fitness results and also provides motivation and encouragement, which many runners consider important.
As you exercise, your information is being recorded on the USB which, and this is the greatest part, allows you to enter your age, weight and gender that will provide accuracy of your workout information. You can upload this information on your computer and receive a full report on your status.
This feature is available on other brands too but in another format or on another website. From our point of view it adds to the quality of any equipment that includes it.

LifeSpan TR1200i - Conclusions
The LifeSpan TR1200i Treadmill is a solid treadmill that you can use almost everyday for jogging/walking.
We like the speed and incline buttons on the handles. It makes the treadmill easy to control while you exercise.
The motor is not the most powerful or the most silent, but it allows you to finish a 5k workout at a medium pace without any issues.
The innovation of this console is that it has a built-in USB port which is a great added feature. You have the option to upload your workout information onto your computer and monitor you results.
The speakers are not of the best quality, at least ours weren’t. But that’s not really a deal breaker.
The 21 preset workouts allow you to set different goals which helps to diversify the workouts.
The warranty is also attractive, especially for this price.
What’s the bottom line? For a price of just under $800, you really can’t go wrong with this treadmill.
