ProForm Crosswalk 500 is a good treadmill that comes with a powerful 2.75 HP motor and 10 built in workouts. The main attraction is the body arm bars that allow training the upper body while walking and jogging.
ProForm Crosswalk 500 features a new technology for ProForm: the Audio Trainer. This virtual coach guides you through a series of workouts designed to burn calories.

Conclusions
The Crosswalk 500 is an improved version when we compare it with the previous ProForm models. It comes with better motor, larger belt and more workouts. It’s still a budget treadmill, but it’s a decent one.

Our main complaint is that the warranty for parts is a little too short (90 days only). You may want to pick up extra coverage on checkout.
As a conclusion, this is an economy training machine and, while it’s known as one of the best CrossWalk models on the market, you have to remember that it will not keep up with a serious runner.
