Weslo Cadence C44 Treadmill Review

No related posts

The Weslo Cadence C44 treadmill is one of the worst machines we’ve seen so far. It’s so bad that regular economic units look like luxury products compared to this one.

There are not many things we can say about Weslo Cadence C44. But we have one question: Why would someone produce/buy a machine that breaks in 30 days?

Conclusions For Weslo Cadence C44 Treadmill Review

This was a sad day for us. After testing some of the best machines on the market we received the Cadence C44 unit. And we are sad to say that is one of the weakest machines we have ever seen.

We could simply say: Don’t even think to buy it! But we want to give you some explanations for our negative reaction.

Let’s start with the assembly system: it was a nightmare. Some of the handrail holes are not drilled in the proper spots and we wastes a lot of time trying to get this review started.

The top speed of this machine is 10 mph. A decent value you may say but at 10 mph you have the feeling that the whole assemble will collapse. A running session feels like doing extreme sports.

The incline system comes with 3 preset values: 3, 6 and 9 %. This mechanism worked when we tested them but we are not sure it will happen again in the future.

The motor is not powerful at all and the running area is very narrow.

For speeds up to 7 mph this unit manages to do a decent job. Over 7 mph it starts shaking and producing strange noises. Btw, the noise level is pretty high and annoying.

We came to these conclusions from day one. In the second day we started with a short walking workout. All good but when we decided to jog the motor collapsed. And this was the end of our review process since we didn’t think it was worth the effort of fixing it and starting again.

When our unit broke down we looked over warranty conditions. Now we can honestly say that this is one of the worst deals we’ve done so far. We got one year for motor and 90 days for parts and labor.

As a Conclusion for Weslo Cadence C44 treadmill: this unit is a very good one … for dog training. If you have a Labrador and it’s too cold outside you can let him use this machine instead of taking him out for a walk in the cold.

Attention: this treadmill is not indicated for big dogs or humans.
DO NOT BUY IT!
