If you want to burn fat you this is an exercise you must do daily. The rest can do it as recovery step after intense workouts.

This exercise makes the body use fat as energy. At a heart rate around 60% -65% almost 85% of your burned calories are fats. If you walk slower or faster you burn fat in a lower percent.
The Fat Burning Workout Details
1. Start and go easy for the first 10 minutes. This warm up stage burns the sugar and glycogen stored in your blood. At this stage you also prepare the body to burn fat.
2. Stop for 5 minutes and do some stretching moves. Stretching prevents possible injuries so don’t try to skip this step. Actually, never skip it!
3. Start walking and raise your heart rate at a 60-70%.
4. Continue walking for 45 to 60 minutes and keep your heart rate constant. You will see that the exercise is not that hard and it allows you even to talk to other people, listen to music or watch TV.
5. Slow down and just walk for 5 minutes at slow pace.
You can finish this workout with a 5 minutes stretching session.
