I bought a Sole 1 1/2 years ago. The rear rolled was replaced, the circuit boards, the concole, and now the frame cracked (actually a bracket broke off and the frame has a big hole in it). With all that said, Sole has been good about fixing the treadmill, although I don’t know how they will resolve the frame breaking yet. Of course, the regular down time and need for repairs is a drag.

I totally agree with jack. Had my sole f83 for about 2 years and the rear roller bearing blew out. Also the treadmill belt starting fraying at the seam almost immediately. I use treadmill 2-3 times a week. For what I paid am disappointed. Sent email to sole, finally got a call nearly 3 weeks later. Not good.

Don’t deal with Sole!!! I bought a treadmill from them a year ago. The frame cracked and they refuse to repair the treadmill, even though it’s covered under warranty. The product is average and their customer service is awful. Don’t put yourself through the stress that you will be subjected to!!!! Find another company.
