Folding treadmill:
This treadmill can be folded and moved around. There are some cautions you must take if you want to fold, unfold or move the treadmill. Pay attention as it’s easy to hurt yourself if you don’t.

Conclusions

This is a treadmill for grandparents. And we mean this with all the respect in the world. The machine is perfect to do your daily walking exercises but that is all it’s capable to do.

We didn’t enjoy our experience on the ProForm 590T that much for a few reasons.

First of all, the machine feels instable after 2 minutes of running at maximum speed and incline. The motor is very noisy at the highest level too. This makes it really hard to be able to hear the sound in the Console speakers.

We tried the iFIT SD cards on it and we noticed that the sound was pretty bad. It was more stressful than enjoyable. Still, we don’t see how you can use the treadmill unless you pay extra for the iFIT SD workouts. The pre-set calories workouts are nice, but unpractical.

We say this because the feedback you receive after completing a calories burn workout is incomplete. The goal in calories each workout has is calculated based on a general formula so the info is listed with approximation. A more accurate number would be listed if you insert your personal weight and age, but this is not a feature included with ProForm 590T. This is why we recommend the iFIT SD cards workouts as they can help you follow a strict workout schedule with more real results.

The treadmill is heavy, but it’s an advantage it can fold as you can save space. You need a hand when moving it around as it can be overwhelming for 1 person.

Another detail is the warranty. 1 year for parts and labor is little for this treadmill. We recommend the extended warranty.

To wrap this review, buy it only if you have in plan to do walking exercises daily. You don’t need more than what ProForm 590T has to offer for this type of exercise.
