ProForm 7.0 Crosstrainer Treadmill Review

The ProForm 7.0 Crosstrainer treadmill is a machine specially designed for those focusing on weight loss. It comes with an iFit Challenge system that ensures you follow weight loss programs over a longer time period, depending on your goals. iFit workouts include also eating programs recommended and each program is based on your individual needs.

The 7.0 Crosstrainer comes with a variety of training programs: 24 cross training and 9 personal trainer programs. The cross training workouts focus on lower or upper body and you get your own virtual coach to assist you. The coach changes speed and inline and asks you to perform a variety of strength-training exercises.

This treadmill is definitely an improved version in comparison with older ProForm models. It saves you money and offers unique fitness tracking tools.

Conclusions for ProForm 7.0 Crosstrainer Treadmill Review

What we especially like about this model is the variety of training workouts and the iFIT Challenge Training Center. It’s nice to have so many workouts, a virtual coach and also a tool to give both diet recommendations and working programs instructions.

We also appreciate the seamless speed & incline transition. You are at 10 mph per hour and want to switch to 5 mph. Just push the 5mph button. Same thing for the incline system.

As a minus we note the fact that top speed and incline have low values (not a deal breaker but it would be nice to have a speed better than 10 mph)

The ProForm 7.0 is a treadmill with a good motor, a spacious belt and lots of built in workout programs. But this is not a machine for heavy trainers and serious runners. Those who want to jog or walk can use this machine for a long time and without any problem. The rest should look for an expensive model.

Incline motor is as noisy as airplane taking off. Called Proform service but they said it’s normal. It’s good for the old guys that can hardly hear any voice but not for any young man like me.
