What we love about this machine is the Competition Training Center. The system is perfect for those that enjoy challenges. From our point of view this is a more valuable feature than a TV screen in the console.

Another serious advantage of this treadmill is the 3.0 CHP Commercial Motor which gives extra power to this machine.A minus is the console design which looks kind of cheap but considering the other features of the machine we think this is a decent compromise.

In the end we consider the ProForm 11.5 Competitor Treadmill a good and strong machine, strongly recommended for home users. For serious runners we recommend a better and more expensive machine.
