The TC10 is a 2011 release. It is the current replacement of TC3000. It is the most affordable motorized version of Bowflex, it has a better looking console than the TC5 and some notable features
At the beginning of November Life Fitness announced the launch of a new Apple Application for their Virtual Trainer system. What should you expect to receive with this update?
Winter continues to be the biggest challenger this time of the year, therefor training must continue indoors. Even if it is too cold or too dark, do not let your healthy intentions transform into missed opportunities. A treadmill can be the answer to all your questions, if you chose it wisely.
We have seen a lot of changes happening in the treadmill world for the past 4 years. 2012 is the most promising of all. The 2012 treadmills we've reviewed so far have not disappointed us. Without further introductions, we present our treadmill recommendations for February, meant to keep up with all types of runners and for all budgets:
If your intentions are to lose weight, Bowflex TreadClimber TC10 is one of the most effective machines you can find on the market. This is an updated version of the Bowflex Treadclimber, but with a better design and improved usability. The price hasn't changed ($2200), but its efficiency hasn't either. Read the review for a complete overview of this product.
Livestrong LSPRO2 Treadmill continues to be an appealing choice for the beginning of 2012. This is an upgraded treadmill version launched by Livestrong at the end of 2011, with advanced entertainment options. What attracts us most at this treadmill is the new Passport Media Player. You will find all about it in our review. Although it is a little pricier than what we would expect to pay for a Livestrong home treadmill ($2000), this machine is a strong competitor, and it will attract many runners.
The Sole F80 2011 Version is a treadmill we warmly recommend. Treadmill users have received this upgraded machine from Sole with enthusiasm, and that is why we've chosen it as a Best Buy for 2011 and 2012. It has a smooth, but powerful motor, a user friendly display and adjustable cushioning. This is a terrific deal if we take into consideration the price paid ($1500) and the value received. Although it does not have advanced workouts, or an interactive solution included in the console, this model is extremely reliable and durable.

Yowza is a brand we've recently started to explore here at RunReviews. The Yowza Fitness-Siesta Treadmill in particular has succeeded to get our full attention. For $1000 only you receive a satisfactory treadmill, recommended for light jogging and running. You don't need to spend a lot of money if you only plan to use a treadmill with moderation. Read our review for the entire story of this model.
With the updates added at the end of 2011, Precor 2.7 treadmill has become a very attractive treadmill, especially now that it comes with a lower price than its predecessor version (now it's $2000). The main attraction is the patented cushioning system launched by Precor only. Another detail that makes this brand so attractive is that Precor offers the same quality for the belt, motor, frame, rollers with all their treadmills. You get the same durability as you would receive with a Premium Series model (that costs over $4000), but for less money and with fewer features in the console. We recommend you to read our review for further details.
We warmly recommend checking the LifeSpan Fitness 1200i Folding Treadmill(2011 Model) too. You can purchase it now at $1000 from Amazon (its original price was $1500). In this price range, Lifespan competes with a strong machine that can easily keep up with the desires of passionate runners on a smaller budget. The main advantage is that you receive the FREE Lifespan Fitness Club USB solution. Read the review for the full description.
From the same brand, we warmly recommend taking a look at the Lifespan TR5000i Treadmill ($2300). This treadmill has so much to offer to avid runners and can be purchased also for light commercial use. Read the review for the detailed description of the product and its behavior during our tests.
Icon Fitness has revolutionized the treadmill market with the new touch screen system based on Android technology they launched with the latest iFIT module. But 2012 will offer treadmill fans more competitive models with similar features from other brands.
