This treadmill comes with an iFit Fitness Journal and an iLog 750 that generates fitness statistics to help monitor training progress.
ProForm designed this product as a solution for those training for marathons. It comes with preinstalled 5k, 10k, half marathon and Boston Marathon workouts. And while you prepare yourself to take part in a marathon you can simply listen to music from your iPod (by connecting it to an universal dock included in the console).
