Apex 8500 is known to have one of the best cushioning systems on the market – the Reflex Deck system. This is an arch shaped wooden deck that returns part of the energy absorbed and “pushes” the runner forward.
It is the ideal treadmill for those who want a low impact machine and, at the same time, want to be entertained while working out.
The machine comes with a powerful motor and a spacious belt, large enough to accommodate tall persons. Let’s not forget the TV screen, mp3 dock and the sound system.

Conclusions
The NordicTrack Apex 8500 is a very good machine. We especially like the 3.5 CHP motor that can handle running at high speed. The belt is very comfortable.
The bed is pretty light so it’s easy to lift and fold but, because this a heavy machine, moving it can be difficult.
The warranty is not very good. This is why we recommend buying the extended warranty.
Overall, we think that for this price you get good value.
