@Carol, we don't have any manuals on this treadmill. Try to contact NordicTrack Support. I'm sure they'll help.

I just purchased a used C2150 Treadmill, and was wondering if you have any manuals for it? Also, is it really a lemon? Seems like a good machine for me, and I was trusting the Nordic Track name.
Thanks, Carol

Dear Debbie-
My name is Cameron and I represent NordicTrack Fitness. I read your review off this site and want to help. First, is your machine working now? If so great, but we would still like to offer you something for any troubles you may have experienced. If it doesn't work, let me know and we will help you out. My email is cstechops@iconfitness.com. Thanks.

Debbie,

Customer service is one reason it is often best to buy from an independent authorized dealer like http://www.xxx.com. You can get through to them right away and they have more of an incentive to take care of you.

I have a Nordic Trak C2150 that is a 'lemon' and noone at ICON Fitness or the extended warrantee UTS is willing to replace it. I have been trying to get this fixed for over a year. They just order parts and it still does not work. Noone will return my call. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY ICON FITNESS EQUIPMENT. They have the worst customer service I have every experienced. They charged me for parts, then for an extended service contract and I can't get anyone to fix this 'coat hanger' I have purchased. I am hold right now for 20 minutes. They never answer the phone.
