I have been trying to get this fixed for over a year. They just order parts and it still does not work. Noone will return my call. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY ICON FITNESS EQUIPMENT. They have the worst customer service I have every experienced. They charged me for parts, then for an extended service contract and I can't get anyone to fix this 'coat hanger' I have purchased.
