Conclusions

The LSPro1 steps out of the residential models LIVESTRONG has been designing and offers a commercial-grade experience. Who can use this treadmill? Any user who is keen on boosting cardio fitness and improving stamina.

Pros

The LSPRO1 is powered by a commercial motor that can reach higher speeds like 12 or 14 mph without making that unbearable noise. You shouldn’t worry about stressing the motor, as it can sustain highest speeds and inclines smoothly and quietly.

The lifetime warranty is clear about the functionality of this high-grade motor. It is also a sturdy treadmill, built to sustain up to 350 lbs. Don’t worry, you won’t fall off the treadmill, no matter what.

Although there are running surfaces longer than this one, it is spacious enough for average users and even taller users. The belt is backed up by a system that lubricates it properly, so once again, no worries.

Now that the stress of running is out of question, let’s talk about heart rate monitoring and THR workouts. This heart rate reading system is common for most treadmills and works quickly and as accurately as possible. It comes in handy during heart rate workouts that enhance cardio fitness and help you reach results faster. Of course, it depends on what your goals are.

2 custom workouts are available and I find this a major advantage for all treadmills that allow you to customize. You get to enter your weight which means you’ll get an accurate calories-burn feedback. We are big fans of customization and you should be too.

The warranty is quite strong and insures a long usage of this unit.

Main attraction

But which is the coolest thing about LSPRO1? The Livetrack Interactive technology. First of all, this is a great way of tracking your performance. You get an overall view of your workout history, personal fitness bests and workouts that best fit your goals. It is also an impressive motivational tool. And of course, it is a source of continuous challenge.

If you don’t know it already, this is a space-saver treadmill, so you can hide it easily whenever you want.

Drawbacks

If there is a drawback, that’s the simple design of the console. It doesn’t have the frills of other treadmills, but then again, do you really need them? If yes, than this is a serious drawback and you should look for another unit. If not, you’re in for a great deal.

We recommend the LSPRO1 for its power, sturdiness, protection, functionality, easy programming, workout diversity and innovative technology that enhances any runner’s experience. And you can also fold it, all for $1500. Sounds pretty good, if you ask me.

If you have a $2000 budget, you can take a look at Livestrong LSPRO2, which features the latest Interactive Passport Media Player.
