I just purchased a used one from a private family and I could not believe how stable it was. Even more stunning was the fact that it was exceptionally quiet. Let me say that again. IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY QUIET!!! I didn't even know it was on when the treadmill started moving. I purchased it to go along with my office Trek Desk standup desk and was concerned that motor noise would distract my coworkers. The dang thing is silent, unbelievable. Keep in mind I purchased it for walking while working so I don't know how quiet it is at a full run but I can tell you that none of my other treadmills were ever this quiet even at the slowest speed.
